What is included ?
We DO NOT include breakfast in our rates - because there is nobody to prepear it !
But WE DO include a list of 6 of our prferred cafes where you can buy your desired type of breakfast - less than 5 minutes of walking from your apartment.
The entire house - including all apartments - is fully airconditioned - all can be regulated or turned on and off directly from your apartment.
We also include free, unlimited Internet access in every apartment with a simple LAN cable (this is more reliable than wireless and cables are on stock).
You will find sattelite TV on a modern flat screen in your room - featuring more than 100 stations from around the world.
By the way: To stay for only one night is also possible - but you have to add 25% to the roomrate to cover our efforts for cleaning and laundring.
