Split apartments

We want to introduce You to our house - "Villa Varos" - in the heart of Split in Dalmatia:

We fell in love with a more than 300 year old ruin in the centre of "Varos", the old fisher village next to the Diokletian palace - which today is located in the very heart of the old part of Split, 2 or 3 minutes walking distance from "Riva", the harbour promenade, and from the fish market.
In a long and detailed process we renovated the devastated place to a wonderful and comfortable house with a beautiful garden. It was a pleasure for us to follow the guidelines of the monument protection department of Split - since the house is not only a monument - but is also located in the world heritage protected area.
Today it is a wonderful family house with all comfort and a tropical garden with swimming pool - and it also offers 3 apartments of different size which are for rent to special guests.
